Our Design Process
Following your initial enquiry we will contact you to find out more about your project and potentially arrange an on-site meeting with Conal.
On-site you will be able to discuss your ideas in depth, giving Conal a clearer outline of what it is you need and allowing him to become more familiar with the site.
Following the meeting, a fee proposal and a bespoke project mood-board will be sent over to you.
A follow up site visit will be scheduled after the fee is agreed and deposit has been paid. Measurements and images collected during this site visit will enable us to develop initial design concepts into 2D and 3D visuals.
Presentation of the design will be held in person, at this point we can discuss the concept and any feedback you may have.
Any alterations made after the meeting will be incorporated into the final designs which we will send for your approval.
Technical plans including layouts, lighting and planting plans will then be produced. These can be used as part of a tender for contractors to provide accurate estimates.
The construction phase can now go ahead...
